Founded in January of 2004 Isle Surfboards is surfer owned and operated. The company is focused on using the latest in surfboard shaping technology along with cutting edge shapers to offer a catalog and price range unparralled in the industry.


	Marc Miller Founder and Partner \| Product Development \| Marketing \| Web Design As a lifelong surfer it has always been a dream to start a surf company. After spending 3 long years in a cubicle in a non-surf related industry it was time to give life and work some meaning again and start his own company doing something he always had a passion for, surfing. And Isle Surfboards was born.

	Doug Pate Founder and Partner \| Accounting \| Product Development Fresh out of college Doug joined the ranks of so many and put on a tie and made sure his man shoes matched his belt. Within a year he began to notice the tie around his neck was looking more like the strings around a ham and his skin had taken on a lighter hue of hamhock. It was time to get that golden glow back.

	Normandy Harris Customer Service \| Accounting \| Web Design Normandy is the straw that stirs the drink. She keeps things running smooth. When things really get busy in summer we lock her in a cell and hide the key untill she processes all the orders then we let her out.

	Craig Litchenfield Customer Service \| Weekend Showroom Manager Feeble attempts at being a model and breaking free from the grasp of the daily grind (i.e., working for “The Man”) has led Craig, a San Diego native, to running the show at Isle on Saturdays.

	Carylie Miller Customer Service Customer Service is our #1 priority and she makes sure every customer walks a way with a smile from ear to ear.

	Damien Garcia Graphic Design \| Web Design Damien is the newest addition to the team. He is helping launch our first line of Isle Surfboards to the retail surf industry and is the creative genius behind the catalog design and surfboard graphics.

	Charlie Bolotin Director of Marketing Charlie is our man on the streets for gettin the Buzz out. He handles all the events and spends his time between keepin the Isle Brand fresh and working on expanding his record label in LA.

	Brian Toye Warehouse Manager Brian is responsible for managing our 3300 square foot warehouse in San Diego,CA. He handles all our orders, packing and any warehouse related activities. If you order product Brian is the man who will get it to you.
