Ecore Epoxy Construction
Our Ecore Epoxy Construction is our value series epoxy surfboard. Constructed from a lightweight EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam core glassed with traditional fiberglass cloth and finished with a strong epoxy resin top coat. We have also added a PVC (lightweight composite) stringer down the center of the EPS foam core to help control the flex. This is the perfect entry level board for the beginner to intermediate surfer looking for a lightweight, strong performance surfboard.

XPS Epoxy Construction
Our XPS Epoxy Construction is our next level of epoxy performance based construction. We use only the highest quality cloth, resin and foam to ensure you get a board that looks and feels just like a traditional polyurethane (fiberglass) surfboard only stronger and lighter. We use a watertight extruded EPS(extruded polystyrene) foam core glassed with Hexcel fiberglass cloth and a clear Resin Research Epoxy Resin. We have also added a wooden stringer down the center to help with the flex response. Slightly more expensive than our value Ecore Series you get a board that will truly perform on the highest level.

Polyester Woody
Our Polyester Woody series is a traditional polyester (fiberglass) surfboard with a wood laminate. The board is constructed from a polyurethane foam core with a wooden stringer glassed in a clear polyester resin with a thin wood laminate inlay. This gives the board a classic wood look without the extra weight. The Polyester Woody is one of our most popular boards due to its classic look and feel. -View Isle Woody Series Polyester Surfboards

Isle Softdeck
Ecore Epoxy Softboards
The Isle Ecore SoftDeck epoxy surfboards are built in our standard ECORE epoxy construction then wrapped with an 1/4 inch super soft EVA foam decking wrap on the top deck and rails. The soft deck has built in traction with no wax needed. The core is EPS foam with an pvc stringer glassed with fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin. The whole top deck is then wrapped in a 1/4 super soft eva foam wrap.

Board Constructions
The Most Value, Durable & Light.
Our E-core Epoxy construction is our value and performance oriented construction. We use a lightweight EPS foam core glassed with traditional fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin. We have added a few ounces of fiberglass cloth and a PVC (lightweight composite) stringer for increased overall strength. This is the perfect value oriented construction for the beginner to intermediate surfer looking for a lightweight and strong surfboard that still performs.

The Most Performance, Lighter & Stronger.
Our XPS Epoxy construction is the next level of performance in epoxy based constructions. By combining the highest quality cloth (Hexcel) and clear epoxy resin (Resin Research) we are able to achieve a board with similar flex patterns to a polyester board while maintaining the lighter and stronger characteristics of an epoxy board. The clear epoxy resin and wood stringer also give the boards a traditional surfboard look while drastically increasing the performance and durability of the board.

Classic Look, Feel & Ride.
Our Polyester Wood construction has the classic wood look while maintaining the performance of a ‘fiberglass’ board. They are comprised of a polyurethane foam blank with a wood stringer glassed in clear polyester resin and fiberglass cloth with a thin wood laminate inlay. This gives the board the classic wood look without the extra weight of real wood which maintains the feel and performance of a ‘fiberglass’ surfboard. The nose and tail blocks are comprised of layers of solid wood.
