Agreement to Official Rules:  By participating, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility:  To participate in the Isle Surfboards Las Flores Surf Club Trip Giveaway contest, each entrant must be 18 years of age or older. All contesting is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The winner need not be present to win. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States/DC and Canada, and where otherwise prohibited.

Promotion Period. Promotion Period begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on March 31, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM PST September 15, 2009, when all entries must be received ("Promotion Period").

Prize: The Contest Winner will be awarded seven (7) nights at the Las Flores Surf Club, El Salvador for themselves and one (1) guest.  The guest must also meet all requirements of the Contest’s Eligibility rules.  Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of the Promotional Period end date of September 15, 2009.  Travel dates are Saturday to Saturday and must be booked by Wavehunters Surf Travel, Inc and are subject to availability.  Any changes by the winner to the travel arrangements or hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the winner and must be approved by Wavehunters Surf Travel, Inc.  Airfare is NOT included and is the responsibility of the winner.

How To Enter. Visit www.islesurfboards.com during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit: One entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy of the applicable Sponsor.

Winner Selection and Notification. 50 entries collected during the promotional period will be randomly selected at the close of the Promotion Period.  The 50 selected entries will then be entered into a drawing.  The potential winner will be selected from these 50 entries.  The potential winner will be announced via video online at www.IsleSurfboards.com on September 30, 2009 at 1 PM PST.  The selected potential winner will also be notified within three (3) business days by the email address in the entry form.   If the potential winner cannot be contacted and/or does not respond within fourteen (14) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the "winner" of the Promotion.

No Prize Transfer or Substitution. No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Publicity:  Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

• Any and all taxes and or fees associated with this prize receipt, redemption, and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to accept the prize in accordance with the rules will result in prize forfeiture.

Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless International Surf Ventures, Inc, Wavehunters Surf Travel and Las Flores Surf Club from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption or use of the prize.

Exclusive Legal Remedy:  Contestant consents and agrees to personal jurisdiction in the State of California venued in the County of San Diego.  Disputes shall be arbitrated in San Diego County through JAMS.  Parties to bear their own fees and costs.  The prevailing party shall not be entitled to recover attorney fees or costs from the losing party.
