If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your surfboard or SUP purchase, return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will credit you 100% of your original sales amount (including the original shipping charge).

You can even try the board out and return it to us used.  All we want is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and to make sure it is the right board for you.

All shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds issued on a board that has been used will be in the form of a store credit.
Limit one return per customer within 6-months.
If a new order is placed all shipping costs will apply to the new order.

Our Stand Up Paddle Design Process

During the initial prototype stages we tested every stand up paddle surfboard available on the market from all the top SUP companies. We tested these boards in all types on conditions ranging from flat-water, small and large surf. We also acquired feedback from some of the top stand up paddle surfers and authorities in the industry. With over a year of feedback on what works we coordinated with top stand up paddle designers and put together what we feel is the best range of Stand Up Paddle boards available anywhere on the market at the most competitive price.

Its no secret Stand Up Paddle boards are expensive to build, transport, store and ship. Traditional retail channels push the price ever higher as the board changes hands many times over along the way. Now with our massive production volume and a streamlined ecommerce backbone we have eliminated all of the middle men and bring the boards direct from our factory floor to you for HALF the Price! We can do this by lowering our profit per board, taking advantage of economies of scale, and moving volume thru huge untapped SUP markets with little to no access to surf shops. Isle Stand Up Paddle boards come with accessories such as fins, vent plugs, soft traction , carry handles and high quality carbon and fiberglass paddles. All these accessories make your stand up paddle experience much more enjoyable and are standard equipment on every Isle SUP.

  • Vent Plugs- EPS/EPOXY surfboards require a vent plug in order to release air within the cores during extreme changes in temperature and humidity in order to protect the board from delamination. The vent is strictly air release with a one way gortex valve. You never need to adjust or touch it. Its work entirely on its own.

  • Carry Handles – SUP boards are extra WIDE at the center point and the pre installed carry handle allows any size individual to pickup and carry the board with little effort. The handles are positioned so the board is balanced in the center. The handles are padded with soft foam for extra comfort.

  • Soft Grooved Traction – Soft Grooved Traction is pre installed on the deck on the Stand Up and provides a soft cushion much like the sole of a shoe for extra comfort when paddling while the grooves make it grip well.
