Warranty
Isle Surfboards will make every effort to produce boards of the highest quality and standards in the industry. Every board must pass a quality control check before leaving our factory to ensure all boards are of the highest quality. Because of the nature of surfing and paddle boarding we can not warranty the performance of any board or shape for individual riders of varying levels of skill and abilities. Furthermore, we can not guarantee against damage or breakage and can not protect or warranty against circumstances outside our control once the board is put in use. Regular wear and tear should be expected and is not covered by any warranty.
Shipping Damage Policies
If you receive your package and find the shipping box to be damaged you must open and inspect your surfboard in front of the driver. If you find any damage to your surfboard place it back in the box and refuse the package. The driver will then return the package to Isle Surfboards and upon receipt we will issue a replacement board. If you choose to accept the package please see below paragraph.
Please unpack and inspect your surfboard immediately. If the surfboard contains any damage you must notify us of the damage with photos via email within 3 business days of receipt. Depending on the extent of the damage, Isle Surfboards will offer a credit of up to $75 to cover the cost of repairs. If you do not want to repair the board then please see our Return Policy below. If the damage is deemed to be a manufacturer or material flaw please see below paragraph.
Manufacturing or Material Defect
If you accept the package and the board has a manufacturing or material defect, you must notify us within 3 business days with pictures of the issue. Upon review, Isle Surfboards will make a determination as to the extent and nature of the issue and will either issue a replacement board at no additional cost or offer a credit. Cosmetic flaws are not considered a manufacturing defect, please see below for our Policy on Cosmetic Issues.
Cosmetic Issues
Surfboards are constructed entirely by hand and we can not warranty or credit for any cosmetic issues. A cosmetic issue is considered anything that does not affect the structural integrity or performance of the surfboard. If you deem the issue to be more than a cosmetic issue please send pictures via email within 3 Business days and we can offer a credit of up to $75 to cover the cost of any necessary repairs.
Returns and Exchanges
Isle Surfboards will exchange or refund any new, unused product within 30 days from date of purchase provided it is accompanied by the original sales receipt and all the original packaging and parts are included. The refund will not include any shipping charges or any other expenses. Once product is returned and deemed to be in its original and unused condition, a refund will be issued for the total sales price of the product.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee & "No Hassle" 30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your surfboard or SUP purchase, return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will credit you 100% of your original sales amount (including the original shipping charge).
You can even try the board out and return it to us used. All we want is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and to make sure it is the right board for you.
Details:
All shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Guarantee does not apply to Used and/or Closeout boards. All sales are final on these products.
Refunds issued on a board that has been used will be in the form of a store credit.
Limit one return per customer within 6-months.
If a new order is placed all shipping costs will apply to the new order.
Shipping Damage and Claims – VERY IMPORTANT
BEFORE signing the delivery receipt please follow these steps:
- Inspect the box and contents for any signs of damage in front of the driver. If you find significant damage to the contents you have the right to refuse the shipment. In this instance please write “Refused due to damage”. Upon receipt of the damaged shipment we will issue a replacement shipment.
- If the damage is minor and repairable you may choose to accept the shipment but you must write a description of the damage on the delivery receipt. In this instance please email photos of the damage and the shipping box to service@islesurfboards.com within 48 hours of taking delivery. Please keep the packaging and shipping box in the event we need to ship the board back to us. We will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome.
- If the driver is unwilling or unable to wait for you to inspect the shipment in their presence please note this on the delivery receipt “Driver would not wait for the contents to be inspected, possible concealed damage.” If there is any damage to the shipping box at all please also note this on the delivery receipt.
- If the shipment is signed for without any notation of damage to the contents or box and concealed damage is discovered after unpacking and inspecting the goods further please email pictures of the damage to service@islesurfboards.com within 48 hours of signing for the shipment. We will not be able to file a claim with the carrier but we will credit up to $75 to cover the costs of any necessary repairs.
Manufacturing or Material Defect
If you suspect your board may have a manufacturing or material defect please notify Isle Surfboards within 30 Days of the date of purchase with pictures of the potential defect. Upon review, Isle Surfboards will determine the extent and nature of the issue and will either issue a replacement board at no additional cost or offer a credit if it is deemed that it is indeed a manufacturing or material defect.
This does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues.

Returns
We will do everything we can to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their order. If for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return your item(s) in accordance to the below details:
All items can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All items must be in new condition with all original packaging intact.
Return shipping of all items is the responsibility of the customer.
Please call or email us for a Return Authorization number.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items.
