Please read before ordering online for pick-up
Orders do not have to be placed online to purchase from our stores. The San Diego and Costa Mesa locations are all full retail stores and customers can always walk in and make a purchase. The online inventory is not fully reflective of what is currently in-stock at our stores, so please call before hand if there is a particular model you are looking for.

Ordering Online for Pick-up
Ordering a surfboard online for showroom pick-up is a great option if you know what surfboard you want, and you would like it to be ready upon your visit to the showroom store. Orders can be placed online for pick-up at either our San Diego or Costa Mesa locations. Accessories can also be ordered for pick-up.All of the prices advertised online are the same in-store unless otherwise noted.

Pick-up Completion Time
Pick-up orders will be ready in 3 business days from the date of purchase.Often pick-ups are available same day if the item is already at the store (please call to see if available same day), but please do allow 3 business days for your surfboard to be ready if item is not currently in store. Of course our teams will do their best to speed up the process and get your order completed as soon as possible. As soon as your order is ready for pick-up someone from our team will be in contact to let you know your order is ready to be picked up. To check the status on pick-up orders please contact the store directly that you choose to pick your order up from.

Picking Up
We will need the credit card or card information used online to place the pick-up order to be present at the time of pick-up. In addition, the person picking up the order will need the Order ID or Order Number, without one of these numbers we cannot release the surfboards to them.

Outstanding Pick-ups
Your order will be held in our stores for two weeks after the order was placed. If the item(s) are not picked-up or special arrangments have not been made with us within this time period your order will be canceled and your credit card will not be charged.
