If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your surfboard or SUP purchase, return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will credit you 100% of your original sales amount (including the original shipping charge).

You can even try the board out and return it to us used.  All we want is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and to make sure it is the right board for you.

Details:
All shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds issued on a board that has been used will be in the form of a store credit.
Limit one return per customer within 6-months.
If a new order is placed all shipping costs will apply to the new order.

While we have chosen to concentrate on building better boards and providing outstanding customer service; some of our competitors have concentrated on self-proclaimed falsehoods, marketing smoke and mirrors and making false statements about competitors’ products.

Here at Isle Surfboards we take great pride in doing everything we can to ensure your new board will arrive in a timely manner and in excellent condition. We use custom made surfboard boxes along with several layers of bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure your new board will arrive in the same condition as when it left. We have been successfully shipping surfboards since 2004 and have partnered with the top freight companies to bring you the best service, speed and value in the industry.

Unfortunately, shipping surfboards and Stand Up Boards across country isn’t entirely FREE and is actually quite expensive. We have however been able to negotiate the best rates in the industry with the best companies in the industry due to our high volume and efficiency.

We now offer a FLAT RATE OF $95 on all Surfboards and SUPs delivered to your door anywhere in the 48 states. All Accessories purchased along with your board SHIP FREE! This $95 rate does not even come close to covering the actual shipping costs but as a courtesy to our customers we cover the rest in order to get you the right board at the right price. We strive to have every order shipped out within 1 Business day from the time we receive it. For Multiple Board Orders, a charge of $50 will be added to each additional board.

We do not ship outside the Lower 48 United States at this time except for the Hawaii Islands. For Hawaii Surfboard & SUP Shipping allow 12-14 Days transit and $250 per Board. See the below Map for Lower 48 United States Shipping Transit Times.
