Order Tracking

  • Your tracking number and shipping carrier will be indicated on your sales receipt. Your sales receipt will be emailed to you promptly after your order is placed.

Order Info

  • Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days. We aim to get orders out the same or next day, but it may take up to 3 days for your order to ship from the warehouse.
  • Once your order is processed you will receive a sales receipt via email. This receipt will contain your itemized order, shipping carrier, tracking number and estimated ship date.

Shipping Damage Policies
If you receive your package and find the shipping box to be damaged you must open and inspect your surfboard in front of the driver. If you find any damage to your surfboard place it back in the box and refuse the package. The driver will then return the package to Isle Surfboards and upon receipt we will issue a replacement board. If you choose to accept the package please see below paragraph.

Please unpack and inspect your surfboard immediately. If the surfboard contains any damage you must notify us of the damage with photos via email within 3 business days of receipt. Depending on the extent of the damage, Isle Surfboards will offer a credit of up to $75 to cover the cost of repairs. If you do not want to repair the board then please see our Return Policy below. If the damage is deemed to be a manufacturer or material flaw please see below paragraph.

Manufacturing or Material Defect
If you accept the package and the board has a manufacturing or material defect, you must notify us within 3 business days with pictures of the issue. Upon review, Isle Surfboards will make a determination as to the extent and nature of the issue and will either issue a replacement board at no additional cost or offer a credit. Cosmetic flaws are not considered a manufacturing defect, please see below for our Policy on Cosmetic Issues.

Cosmetic Issues
Surfboards are constructed entirely by hand and we can not warranty or credit for any cosmetic issues. A cosmetic issue is considered anything that does not affect the structural integrity or performance of the surfboard. If you deem the issue to be more than a cosmetic issue please send pictures via email within 3 Business days and we can offer a credit of up to $75 to cover the cost of any necessary repairs.

Returns and Exchanges
Isle Surfboards will exchange or refund any new, unused product within 30 days from date of purchase provided it is accompanied by the original sales receipt and all the original packaging and parts are included. The refund will not include any shipping

Shipping FAQs

Q: What if I want to buy two surfboards? How much is shipping?
A: Your second board ships for $30! $30 will be added to the shipping cost of the largest board. Example - An 8'0 and 6'2 will ship for a total of $155. If ordering 2 SUP boards, the second on will ship for $50.

Q: Do you offer Express Shipping?
A: Yes Please give us a call at 888.569.7873 or email us at service@islesurfboards.com for 3-day, 2-day and Overnight shipping quotes. Please have ready the date you need the board and the zip code being shipped to.

Q: Do you offer Surfboard Shipping outside the Lower 48 States in the USA?
A: Yes, we offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. However you must email us your zip code and surfboard size to service@islesurfboards.com for an exact quote. We have provided an estimated quote in the Surfboard Shipping Rate Matrix at the top the page to give you a general idea of the cost before you decide to proceed with an exact quotation..

Q:I want to buy accessories with my board, how much for shipping?
A: Most accessories will ship free with your surfboard purchase. To calculate shipping prices add all desired items to your shopping cart. Then click "View or Edit Cart", enter your shipping zip code and a quote will be generated for you.

Q: I received part of my order, where is the rest of it?
A: If you ordered more than one product, there is a chance that your items were shipped in more than one package. All items should arrive within 2 days of each other.

Q: What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
A: It is very important that you inspect your package at the time of delivery and note any damage to the package and or merchandise. Please contact us by phone 888.569.7873 or email: service@iselsurfboards.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please read our Damage Policy above for more details.

UPS GROUND ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME MAP:


The map above is a general representation of transit times for UPS Ground shipments. Transit times do not include the day that a package is shipped. It is only an estimate and Ground shipments are not gaurtenteed to arrive on time.

Example: A package shipped via UPS Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday.

Not all orders will be shipped through UPS Ground. Surfboards 8’6 + and some double board orders will be shipped through UPS Frieght, please add 1-3 business days to the UPS Ground transit times for estimated arrival.

If your order is shipped through UPS Freight, you will receive a phone call when your board is in the area. They will schedule a drop off window with you and someone will need to be present to sign for the package.
